He is a graduate of Agricultural Science from the famous Madras University – South India. He came to Nigeria in 1981 to head a group of Companies (Henly Group of Companies – Agbara) which has established noteworthy Chemical, Engineering and Pharmaceutical Industries.
In 1993, he left the group to establish JAWA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
He is a member of many reputable associations and bodies. He is also a council member of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Nigerian Economic Summit. He has contributed meaningfully to the Industrial Development of Nigeria, particularly in the Pharmaceutical Sector. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and Insead – France, and X-LR Management Institute –Jamshedpur- India, Harvard Business School – Boston.
Federal Government of Nigeria recognized the contributions he has made to the industry and society and awarded him the prestigious National Award – MFR (Member of Federal Republic). He holds a position of repute in Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Group (PMGMAN) and Indian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers & Importers in Nigeria (IPMIN)
He is also an elected member of Parish Council and Synod Member of Lagos Anglican Diocese. He is an executive Member of the Full Gospel Business Men fellowship International.
