The Medical Representative at Jawa International Limited is responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key customers. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding market coverage, and increasing product awareness while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical marketing practices.

  1. Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  3. Achieve assigned sales and collection targets and market coverage objectives.
  4. Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  6. Ensure timely reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly field activities.
  7. Participate in product launches, medical conferences, and promotional campaigns.
  8. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  9. Ensure effective distribution and product availability within the territory.
  10. Comply with company policies, ethical marketing practices, and regulatory requirements.

Education

  • B.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or any other Science-related discipline.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 3–4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience will have an added advantage.

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  3. Sales negotiation and persuasive skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  5. Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  7. Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and customer engagement.

  4. Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively.
